Admission Notice
We are delighted to announce the commencements of the admission at St. John’s High School, Narayanpur for the Academic Year 2025-26 is open now. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing environment where Academic Excellence, Character Development and a Holistic Approach to education take precedence.
Admission Procedure
Admission test will be required for all the classes. No admission test will be required for Class-XI internal students. Provisional admission will be granted to all registered students subject to submission of admission fee and required documents.
Application Form:
- Parents or guardians must fill out the official application form provided by the school.
- Forms will be available at the school’s admission office.
- Parents are advised to apply well in advance as seats are limited.
Entrance Test/Interview:
Younger children will have a simple interaction or assessment to gauge their readiness.
For higher grades, written tests will cover subjects like Mathematics, English, and Second Language.
For Class-XI: Provisional admission will be given to the students depending on their merit.

Provisional admission will be available for all the students. Science and Commerce stream will be provided on the basis of their marks in Selection Examination. New enrollees will be given admission on the basis of their previous school’s Selection Report Card. |
Age Criteria:
Age of the candidate (as on 31.03.2025) based on the birth certificate will determine the eligibility of admission to a particular class.
Age criteria will be strictly maintained. In any case, if the child’s age does not match with the class, he/she is seeking admission in, the management holds the right to cancel the Admission. (Refer age criteria given below.)

Note: Parents should apply for their ward’s admission according to their appropriate age criteria. TC and marksheet from previous school should be submitted to school office. These will confirm that the child is eligible for the class being applied for.
Necessary Documents to be submitted at the time of Submission of Admission Form for Session 2025-26:
1) Photo Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Local Governing body only (Attested)
2) Address Proof of the parent.
3) Photocopy of Aadhaar Card (Parents, Child and Local guardian).
4) TC (original): Transfer Certificate issued by the Last School has to be submitted for admission to Class I and above.
5) Passport Size photo of child with the name of the child written on the back side.
6) Medical Certificate (original) from Registered Medical Practitioner (paediatrician) stating.
- General health condition of the child.
- Blood Group
- Any disability or deficiency
- Allergy
- Any matter on which special care and attention is required
- Any mental health issues.
7) If Category is Other than ‘General’ then the relevant documents must be submitted.
8) Income Proof (Parents) should be submitted.
9) Attested photocopy of Medical Card (Immunization Record) – Filled in by doctor.
10) Progress Report of the last class attended.
ALL DOCUMENTS AS MENTIONED SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH APPLICATION FORM, OTHERWISE FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
